I have been insured with State Subcontract for nigh 20 years. I accept gotten quotes from other auto insures and the rates were higher with less coverage.

Notifications for toll increases & when renewals are due are severely lacking in my experience with previous agent in Dallas, Texas. Afterwards being a loyal customer for many years I did not receive a timely renewal notice & was penalized by not existence renewed & starting equally a new inexperienced policy holder with significant increase in rating for my car despite withal having home insurance with State Subcontract!

I utilized the mobile app for roadside assist for the second time on 6/29/2021 both for flat tires. Both times I have had a fantastic experience. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. Both times I had service to my vehicle and back on the road in less than 45 min from the time I logged into the app. Both times the service people were wonderful, friendly and fast. I definitely will continue to employ this service.

Very disappointed! I can't even remember how long I take been with this visitor! I have my home, 3 autos, and a life policy with them. Needless to say, I pay almost $400 a calendar month to Land Farm. I had one " blow". Someone lost a large object off their vehicle at night on the interstate I saw it likewise tardily and ran over it and tore the underside of my car. This is been a existent eye-opener into how State Farm feels almost its clients.
At i point I was told I was not a priority although information technology took their adjuster 3 days to get out to expect at my vehicle while the days for my rental motorcar coverage ticked abroad. Never thought I was asking to be a priority I was only request them to do their job. That's what I've been paying for all these years that they would be there when I needed it as my payments were always at that place on time I did my job! I accept been loyal to this company but now I'm seeing what happens when you need them! I'k definitely looking into other options for insurance. I used to recommend them to people but I won't be doing that anymore.

Only reason am giving them 2 stars is for several years of reasonable service. Would accept given them 4 stars apart from my final experience with them, which drove me to other carrier [Farmers]. That experience was horrible customer service over the span of maybe a year with no resolution. Good for them. They failed to award their obligations, gave me a ton of lies instead, and held onto several thousand dollars [passing that burden to me, the insured].
My feel: a sketchy dealership damaged the engine block of my vehicle, requiring a bolt hole to need re-tapped at a larger size. Country Farm told me they that although I have comprehensive coverage, they could non cover damage by a mechanic'south shop unless information technology was on their preferred provider list. That was absurd and I challenged them on that. They subsequently changed their story that they had never said that...simply they had.
Then, they would only say that I would have to pay for the tear-down and so their inspection would determine if information technology would or would not exist covered. Any attempts to become them to pin downward what would invalidate coverage, bold facts were exactly as stated [I already have contained mechanic who has indicated the damage in writing and is willing to discuss his findings with them], was met with brickwalling of Sophist word games. No straight answer possible. After trying for months, I am merely arresting the impairment caused by the mechanic, and getting a new insurance carrier.
Total Toll: About $1000 to tear down to do the repair. I have not priced the repair. Guessing some other $k...? Additionally, at that place is the cost of the previous "temporary" repair that was function of the acting process while wrestling with State Farm: $m. And then, guessing in the ballpark of $3000 that they reneged on, acting like I don't have comprehensive insurance that covers impairment done to the vehicle by a shop.
[Side Note: the sketchy shop--another issue altogether--*REFUSED* to requite me their liability insurance info and so that I could file a claim through it. State Farm could, nonetheless, subrogate this claim back through their liability...only that would brand waves.]
Never again Land Farm for me, nor can I recommend them to others. My opinions and beliefs, just.

Our van was hit by a choice-up truck when my husband was trying to turn left from the turn lane. The pick-up bumped into our van on the right while the husband was standing. That is, the unequivocal error of the pick-up driver. Nobody was hurt, fortunately. Immediately later the blow, the option-up driver said that he was at fault and his insurance company would cover everything. He showed his insurance, merely refused to requite his phone number. My married man chosen the law. The police function made a study. Later, we uploaded the report - the policeman establish the commuter of the pick-upwardly at-mistake.
And so the causer of the blow began to hibernate and did not answer the calls of his insurance (State Farm). When, finally, he answered, the pick-upwards driver told his insurance that everything was the other manner around, that my husband did not allow him through and the blow was the fault of my husband. State Farm took its client's side without even looking at the police study! We have our ain insurance, but now we will accept to comport the deductible price, although this accident is non our fault. Our insurance volition sue Land Farm. It was difficult to have that in a civilized country, such barbaric behavior of the State Farm is quite acceptable.

We had a State Farm client crash through our commercial building. We sent in our paperwork with quotes on January 27th. As of today, March 3 nosotros have still not received a check or fifty-fifty confirmation that it has been canonical.
